Our Founder

 

Landon Dooley, a U.S. Army Veteran and seasoned entrepreneur, leads DMC with a vision to create impactful businesses that prioritize quality and community. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to ethical practices, strategic growth, and fostering strong partnerships. Married to the love of his life, with 1 amazing little boy, and another little Dooley on the way, Living the dream, Loving Life, and Building a Legacy is what our Founder is all about.  He lives by the “The 3 T’s.” “Things Take Time” but always says 3 T’s and P’s. “Great things take Time, Passion, Patience and Persistence.”
